Without principles, a company is like a ship without a compass. With our MEY Compass for employees and leaders, we have created a kind of internal constitution that we all adhere to in pursuit of our goals.

The MEY Compass sets out the principles of conduct within the MEYER WERFT Group and provides employees and managers with guidance for good and successful cooperation. The MEY Compass clearly defines the principles that shape cooperation within the company – for both employees and leaders.

The MEY Compass sets out five principles that apply to everyone:

  • Creating Spirit

People Compass

The People Compass is aimed at all employees. It supports discussions, feedback processes and the personal development of each individual. At the same time, it helps to clarify expectations, share responsibility and strengthen team spirit.
