Our managers see themselves as coaches who constantly help the employees at MEYER WERFT to develop and get the best out of themselves through training courses, coaching, mentoring and new, challenging tasks. They strengthen their initiative, responsibility and independence.
People with all kinds of professional backgrounds work in management positions at MEYER WERFT, and they are supported by our dedicated administrative staff.
