Ms Freytag has asked the Supervisory Board to allow her to resign from her position as Managing Director of MEYER WERFT GmbH for structural reasons, with effect from 30 April 2026.

The Supervisory Board regrets this, but respects Ms Freytag’s decision. The Supervisory Board would like to thank her for her exceptional commitment and her valuable contributions to the company. The Supervisory Board wishes Ms Freytag all the best for the future and continued success.
