The money was collected during the Christmas campaign “Donations instead of Gifts”. Since 2015, with this campaign MEYER WERFT has asked our partner companies not to give our employees Christmas gifts but to support a charity instead.

Many partners responded to the request by donating altogether €18,500. The manage-ment of MEYER WERFT decided to top up the sum donated by the partners to the amount of €25,000.

"I'm impressed by the work of these two charities, and am therefore very pleased to see that so many partners have responded to our request. As a result, we can support the two charities with this donation", says Klaus Lübbers.
