First LPG/LEG tanker for Harpain

On 31 March 2009, MEYER WERFT delivered the LPG/LRG tanker Gaschem Nordsee to the shipping company Harpain. The ship, is 154.95 meters long, 22.70 meters wide, has a carrying capacity of 17,000 m³, and is able to operate at a speed of 17.7 knots. The low-temperature cargo tanks and other components were built and delivered by MEYER WERFT's sister company, NEPTUN WERFT in Rostock-Warnemünde.
