Schedule for the undocking procedure probably starting at 7:30 h

Papenburg, 18/01/2013 – Early on Friday, 25th January, 2013 MEYER WERFT latest new building AIDAstella will leave the covered building dock I. The docking procedure will start at approx. 7:30 h. Around 10:00 h AIDAstella will be shifted into the Yard’s harbor where several tests will be carried out. Berthing of the ship at the outfitting quay is scheduled for 19:00 h.

Weather-related changes for the float out are possible.

In the following days at the outfitting pier the last working activities, tests and trials will be carried out.

Following the float out manoeuvre the first crew members will move into their quarters on board. On 9th/10th February 2013 the AIDAstella will start the conveyance trip at the EMS river to go to Emden harbour from where sea trials will be conducted.

The 71,300 tons club ship has a length overall of 253 m and a total width of 32.2 m. The ship is equipped with 1097 cabins and 7 restaurants and 12 bars.
