Before a ship can be built, it has to be designed on a computer – that’s the responsibility of our technical product designers! You’ll learn how to create, develop, calculate and simulate designs using three-dimensional computer drawings. We’ll also teach you the basics of process and project management. Following your apprenticeship, you’ll be able to work in a wide range of sectors, such as steel ship and plant construction, supply and waste disposal, installations, furnishings and electrical services.
