Viking Longships by MEYER WERFT

MEYER WERFT constructed four structurally identical vessels for Viking River Cruises: Viking Ingvi, Viking Eistla, Viking Bestla and Viking Alsvin. Ever since the four river cruise ships in the Longship Class were delivered in 2014, they’ve operated along waterways like the Rhine, Danube and Elbe.

Up to 190 passengers can be accommodated in 95 cabins, including different kinds of stateroom. All four sister ships have 25 standard cabins and 22 cabins with a French balcony. There are also 39 cabins and 7 suites – all with their own terrace – and two special Explorer Suites featuring a true highlight: Their balconies curve around the stern, offering an impressive 270-degree view.

The outer decks on Viking Ingvi, Viking Eistla, Viking Bestla and Viking Alsvin feature an expansive sun deck and a walking route around the on-board herb garden. Guests on board the 135-metre-long river cruise ships can also look forward to a library, a boutique, several bars and a restaurant.
