Disney Destiny

Disney Cruise Line has commissioned MEYER WERFT with the construction of three new ships, and the third will be delivered in 2025. Similar to the other vessels, the latest addition to the Disney fleet, the Disney Destiny, will feature an eco-friendly LNG drive system.

MEYER WERFT constructed two cruise ships for the American shipping company back in 2010 and 2011: Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. They became the largest ocean liners ever built in Germany at the time of their completion. The three vessels in the Triton Class will be even bigger.

The first ship in the class, the Disney Wish, was delivered in 2023. The second ship in this class, the Disney Treasure, will follow in 2024.
