Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. announced that it has entered into an agreement with MEYER WERFT to order a fifth Quantum-class ship for delivery in the Fall of 2020.
Spectrum of the Seas
Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (USA) and MEYER WERFT agreed to build a fourth Quantum-class ship for delivery in spring 2019. The Spectrum of the Seas will have a capacity for about 4,200 passengers at a dimension of 168,800 GRT.

The building of the Ovation of the Seas, the sister vessel of the Anthem of the Seas and the Quantum of the Seas, commenced a few months ago, with the keel laying on 5th March 2015. The new ship, which is designed to equal the standards of its sister vessel in terms of engineering technology and entertainment features, was delivered to the shipping company in the spring of 2016.
Anthem of the Seas

The Quantum of the Seas is a highly innovative cruise ship that has been built by MEYER WERFT for Royal Caribbean International. The design of this new generation of cruise ships incorporates new features along with characteristics familiar from the existing RCI fleet.
Jewel of the Seas
The Jewel of the Seas, the youngest ship of the Radiance-class, was delivered by MEYER WERFT in 2004. She certainly matches her sister ships regarding interior outfitting and innovation.
Serenade of the Seas
As another ship of the Radiance-class, the Serenade of the Seas was delivered to the shipping company in July 2003. The Serenade is one of the most modern ships of the fleet. The heart of this state-of-the-art cruise liner is the ten-story glass foyer.
Brilliance of the Seas
The Brilliance of the Seas is a sister ship of the Radiance of the Seas and was put into service in 2002. The ship is innovative as well as eco-friendly in terms of outfitting and engineering. Special highlights are the external glass elevators. While riding these elevators, passenger can enjoy a fantastic ocean view – certainly a very special feeling!
Radiance of the Seas
The Radiance of the Seas was delivered by MEYER WERFT in 2001. Speed and elegance are perfectly combined on this ship. Large outside facilities and breathtaking views on the ocean make the passengers forget time.
