59 trainees of MEYER WERFT passed their final examinations in January 2015

Papenburg, 5th February 2015 – As part of a ceremony, the MEYER WERFT managing partners Bernard Meyer and Lambert Kruse now presented the graduates with their certificates and congratulated the young professionals on their success, wishing them all the best for their future as professionals.

The speeches referred to the significance of lifelong learning and the need to regularly question the correctness of procedures and everyday work within “CIP”. “As part of the continuous improvement process, it is important to always improve yourself,” Bernard Meyer said in his address.

Managing partner Lambert Kruse congratulated the new professionals and mentioned that all the graduates now have the power to develop further through their own dedication and to co-determine their personal success.

The education and training of young people and their adoption into appropriate employment are very important to the personnel strategy of MEYER WERFT, which is also demonstrated by the current number of staff acquisitions of MEYER WERFT and co-operating businesses.

Works council chairman Thomas Gelder congratulated the graduates on their high-quality training and advised them to be always open-minded, inquisitive and enthusiastic in order to cope with their future professional challenges cheerfully. He mentioned that the examination results are above the average for the chamber of industry and commerce and that this is already notable achievement.
